On Sunday, Moise Viator and Alida Viator performed songs from their CD Mo Belle Creole and other Creole music. Moise is a pre-med major at LSUE, while Alida is a high school sophomore. Music is very much a family tradition for the Viators. With their mother, Deborah-Helen, they make violins, an art they learned from Adner Ortego. In addition to being a college law professor, their father, Etienne, plays in a Cajun band and recruited some New Orleans musicians for several songs on Mo Belle Creole.
