 JoJo Reed and the Happy Hill Zydeco Band can take the heat
and give off plenty of heat of their own. JoJo performed some hot zydeco from noon to 3
p.m. on an outdoor stage at Second Street and Laurel Avenue, while the temperature
approached 100 degrees. Despite the thermometer, people had to dance when they heard that zydeco beat. |
