Here are a few examples of the famous Geno Delafose smile taken during the Original Southwest Louisiana Zydeco Music Festival in Plaisance August 31, 2002.
Also shown is Guitar Gable Jr., who joined the band in 2002.
During Geno's performance, the festival held the annual zydeco dance contest, with the top contestants being invited on stage to dance while the judges determined the overall winners.
